I've always loved the sound a lightsaber makes. I saw A New Hope when I was just six, and I've loved Star Wars ever since. I may not be a true Trekkie in the sense that I know every in and out of the series (along with the ability to speak Wookie), but I know enough to keep me afloat.
Now, I think I've played most of the Star Wars video games. I daresay the first games were a complete and utter bore. When The Force Unleashed was announced, I thought that it would take place during the Clone Wars era, as most of the video games have. I was wrong. In-game, you take the place of Darth Vader's secret Sith apprentice, codnamed Starkiller.
As Starkiller, your mission is that of a Jedi hunter, killing the Jedi Knights who survived Order 66 (aka The Great Jedi Purge). The game itself proceeds at a brisk pace from the opening cinematics (and the first level, where you get to play as Vader himself).
